Easy granola that is the perfect topping to any parfait, or grab a handful for a rejuvenating afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- .5 C Maple Syrup (Use honey for a chunkier granola)
- .25 C Brown Sugar
- .25 C Neutral Oil (Canola, Vegetable, Sunflower etc.)
- .5 tsp Salt
- 3 C Rolled Oats
- 1.5 C Dried Fruits (Raisins, Cranberries, Blueberries etc.)
- 1.5 C Nuts and/or Seeds
- Any Desired Spices (Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace etc.)
Instructions
- Pre-heat Oven to 300° f.
- Whisk together wet ingredients and salt until oil is fully incorporated.
- Add dry ingredients including spices and mix to combine until fully incorporated.
- Bake for 45 minutes tossing about half way through, usually around 20 minutes.
